Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves selling residential and commercial plots in our premium housing projects. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  2. Contact potential clients to present and explain the features and benefits of our plots and housing projects.
  3. Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers to provide detailed project information.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  6. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and client needs to tailor sales strategies.
  7. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
  8. Represent NHA at sales and marketing events, such as property expos and open houses.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in real estate or a related industry (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  6. Negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
  8. Own conveyance is preferred but not mandatory.
