The Role

Software Engineering - Application Developer

Industry: Insurance

Contract: 1 Year

Salary budget: RM8000

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur (visa will be administered by Employer)

Years of Experience: 3 Years minimum

Mandatory (Must Have): Oracle PQL/SQL and Forms

Skills
  • Database – Oracle PL/SQL
  • Programming Language – Oracle Forms
Job Description
  • Required Programming Skills: PL/SQL, Oracle Apex/Forms
  • Good to have Oracle Database 18c or above
  • Required good security skills on securing the application and integration (not using 3rd party software)
  • Familiar with Oracle server environment
  • Oracle Server experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience troubleshooting deployment issues in Oracle servers
  • Experience developing enterprise high-volume transactional applications with code sharing across multiple platforms and cross-browser compatibility, involving end-to-end system integration is an advantage
Ideal Profile
  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • You have at least 3 years of experience, ideally as a Software Engineer
  • You have working knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Forms
  • You are a strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders
  • You are a self-starter with high resilience
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
