The Audit Executive will support the internal audit team in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. The role includes conducting audits, preparing reports, and assisting with compliance and process improvement initiatives.

The Audit Executive will support the internal audit team in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. The role includes conducting audits, preparing reports, and assisting with compliance and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing internal audit engagements.
• Review financial records, operational processes, and control systems.
• Identify risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare audit working papers and draft findings reports.
• Follow up on audit recommendations and ensure implementation.
• Support compliance audits and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform surprise audits, physical verifications, and stock audits as assigned.
• Maintain proper documentation of audit activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter, ACCA, ICMA preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant audit or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of audit standards and internal control frameworks.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
