Location: Pwd Islamabad
Type: 9:30am to 6:30pm (Full-Time-Onsite)

About Us:
We're looking for a skilled Full Stack Web Developer who can take a project from concept to deployment—handling everything from front-end finesse to back-end logic.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand goals and user needs.
  2. UI/UX Development: Create responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, etc.
  3. Back-End Development: PHP
  4. Database Management: Design and maintain databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  5. Security & Auth: Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
  6. Deployment & Hosting: Deploy apps on AWS, Vercel, Netlify, or traditional servers.
  7. Email Hosting Setup: Configure and manage email hosting (Zoho Mail, Google Workspace, cPanel/SMTP, etc.).
  8. Version Control: Use Git/GitHub for code collaboration and CI/CD.
  9. Testing & Debugging: Write unit/integration tests, troubleshoot, and fix bugs.
  10. Analytics & Optimization: Use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize load times.
  11. Documentation: Create clear, comprehensive documentation and developer notes.
  12. Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, PMs, and QA in Agile/Scrum environments.

Job Specification:

  1. Requirements:
  2. 3+ years of experience in full stack or web development.
  3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  4. Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
  5. Experience with back-end tech like Node.js, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
  6. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  7. Experience with domain management and email hosting tools.
  8. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
  9. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  10. SEO and accessibility knowledge.
