Job Description:

AdaTop is a leading provider of innovative POS systems based in Australia, specializing in the hospitality industry. We empower businesses to reach their full potential with our effortless and secure solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Phone-based Sales Representative to join our team to help drive growth and foster relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients within the hospitality industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote our POS solutions.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and enhance outreach efforts.
- Provide timely and accurate information about product features and benefits to clients.
- Document interactions and update CRM systems with customer information and sales activities.

Job Specification:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in outbound sales, preferably within the accounting or technology sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
- Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
