Java Developer Onsite 2-3 years Experience

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate for this position should have 2 to 3 years of experience in Java development and be passionate about creating high-quality, robust, and efficient software solutions. As part of our team, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications that power our organization's success. Your skills and expertise will play a vital role in shaping our software systems and helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement Java-based applications.
  2. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  3. Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
  4. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  5. Contribute to system documentation and technical specifications.
  6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  7. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
  3. Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
  4. Experience with Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
  5. Proficiency in object-oriented design and programming.
  6. Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
  7. Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP) and API integration.
  8. Version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching strategies.
  9. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  11. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
