We are now looking for a dynamic digital marketing expert to help amplify our brand presence and attract potential customers.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on B2B IT services and LinkedIn marketing. This is a full-time, onsite role based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. You will manage our LinkedIn profiles (founder + company pages), build brand visibility, increase our follower base, and generate interest among potential clients. You should have a deep understanding of the IT and tech services market, along with creativity and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn growth strategy to boost brand awareness, followers, and engagement.
  • Create engaging IT-focused content (posts, articles, carousels) targeted at tech leaders, founders, CTOs, and decision-makers.
  • Manage daily posting, profile engagement, and DMs for both the founder and company profiles.
  • Identify and connect with potential leads and clients in Europe and the USA.
  • Plan and execute organic campaigns to strengthen online presence and credibility.
  • Analyze metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize content and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the founder to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm updates, B2B marketing trends, and the IT/offshore staffing industry.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing for IT services, B2B tech companies, or SaaS businesses.
  • Strong hands-on experience growing LinkedIn profiles (personal branding + company pages).
  • Excellent written English skills — able to write professional, engaging, and tech-relevant content.
  • Understanding of IT services, offshore staffing models, cloud technologies, or AI solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consistently deliver results.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Analytics, scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and basic graphic creation (e.g., Canva) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with startups, tech consulting firms, or companies targeting international clients.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or LinkedIn paid ads is a plus (optional).
