We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Google Ads & PPC Expert to lead and scale our paid media efforts. This role requires deep expertise in Google Ads and multi-platform PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on driving ROI, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advanced Google Ads strategies across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
  • Lead the creation, optimization, and scaling of high-performing PPC campaigns across platforms (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
  • Optimize ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion APIs
  • Analyze data and create detailed performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, dev, content) to align ads with broader marketing goals
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure ongoing performance improvement

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Google Ads and PPC campaign management
  • Proven track record of managing large ad budgets and delivering measurable results
  • Google Ads Certification (Advanced level preferred)
  • Expertise in data analytics tools (GA4, Google Data Studio, Excel)
  • Strong understanding of CRO, funnel strategy, and remarketing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
