Job Description:

Join our growing team to convert incoming leads into real sales for our eCommerce training courses and Shopify store development services

What You'll Do:

Handle incoming leads (no cold calling)

Convert inquiries into paying clients

Explain our Shopify development packages and online course benefits

Stay in touch with interested leads and follow up professionally

Maintain basic sales records

Job Specification:

Job Requirements

Education & Background: Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or IT preferred).

Sales & Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English.

Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and convert leads into paying clients.

Experience with customer handling through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or phone is a plus.

Should be confident, convincing, and polite.

Technical Skills (Basic):

Familiarity with Facebook/Meta Ads, Shopify, or online business models will be a big plus.

Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, CRM software, WhatsApp Web, and Facebook Pages.

Sales Focus:

Strong interest in sales of digital services (e.g., Shopify store setup, ad campaigns, online courses).

Ability to follow-up consistently and close deals.

Should be goal-oriented and target-driven.

Availability:

Available to work full-time or part-time (as agreed).

Must be available during working hours for follow-ups and coordination.

Preferably based in Lahore (Remote + On-site both options available).

Fast learner with adaptability to new tools and platforms.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Should be punctual and consistent in performance.
