Job Description:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that meets international standards (e.g., BRCGS, ISO 9001 etc).
  2. Oversee the QA, QC, and Lab functions to ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  3. Manage the Lab operations, including testing, calibration, and maintenance of equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  4. Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring successful certification and maintenance of certifications (e.g., BRCGS, ISO 9001, Sedex etc).
  5. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality management system, processes, and products.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (production, procurement, sales) and external partners (suppliers, customers) to ensure quality expectations are met.
Job Specification:
  1. Strong technical expertise in quality management, food safety, and Lab operations, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
