UQA Softs Pvt Ltd, a leading software development company specializing in Web Development, App Development, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Marketing, is looking for talented and driven Business Development Executives to help us expand into UK, Canada, Germany, USA and like markets.

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in targeted international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Present and pitch UQA Softs' services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Achieve sales milestones and revenue targets.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the IT/software industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of UK, Canadian, German, and US business cultures.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
