  1. Be an active member of the IT Risk & Compliance (ITRC) Organization, supporting the design and development of ITRC programs and processes to meet business needs.
  2. Provide targeted training on ITRC areas, including IT Privacy and SOX Control frameworks.
  3. Engage with other IT Privacy areas, representing IT in the internal privacy management team.
  4. Stay familiar with privacy regulations, policies, standards, and processes; consult on privacy matters within IT.
  5. Perform regular Privacy Assessments on processes, communicate with project leaders, and ensure privacy requirements are incorporated into project plans.
  6. Identify improvements in data privacy practices and lead projects for global privacy compliance.
  7. Collaborate with IT teams on privacy requirements and develop solutions to ensure standards are implemented.
  8. Expertise in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) framework, providing consultation and ensuring controls are integrated into projects.
  9. Manage audit activities using AuditBoard, and facilitate control narrative creation.
  10. Identify opportunities for automation in SOX compliance management.
Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of experience in IT, with expertise in IT Compliance, Privacy, and/or SOX regulations.
  • CISA, IAPP, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Subject matter expertise in privacy, including legal requirements and privacy principles.
  • Ability to bridge technology and business processes, acting as a facilitator across groups.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, and AuditBoard.
