About the Role:

We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a passionate and proactive individual who is looking to build a solid foundation in HR, specifically in recruitment and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies including job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems for efficient hiring processes.
  • Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and provide feedback to the team.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and initial joining formalities for selected candidates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • BBA (Hons.) in Human Resources (CGPA 3.25 or above)
  • Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of internship/experience in HR or recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
