We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Must be able to create responsive websites on all devices.
  2. Design and implement new features and functionality using Wordpress.
  3. Create website's front-end and manage back-end including database and server integration.
  4. Help create an effective, responsive design and turn it into a working theme and plugin.
  5. Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve website problems for clients and co-workers.
  7. Enhance website speeds using the latest standards.
Job Specification

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience creating user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
  2. Experience designing and developing responsive websites.
  3. Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
  4. Good understanding of PHP back-end development.
  5. Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
  6. Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
  7. Some Photoshop/Figma slicing experience would be good.
  8. A proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as GIT, SVN, and Mercurial) is a plus.
