Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at Crossnotch BPO located in Saddar, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. The Business Development Specialist is responsible for converting warm leads into successful sales by confidently handling objections, presenting solutions, and closing deals. As a key part of the sales team, the Closer works closely with fronters, quality assurance, and management to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in sales or closing (BPO preferred)
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Confident, energetic, and goal-driven attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
  • Lead generation and market research abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
