Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sialkot for an Office Manager in our study abroad division. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, handling office equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include managing communication with clients, supporting them through the application process, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Experience with Office Equipment and handling office-related tasks
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the education consultancy field is a plus
