Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and campaign goals.
- Develop and present creative design concepts for digital and social media campaigns.
- Create high-quality designs and visual content using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Design assets including social media posts, reels, short animations, logos, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Manage and maintain the brand's visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and scheduling content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Stay up to date with design trends, social media algorithms, and content best practices.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions promptly to meet deadlines.
- Support team members with additional design tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of visual design, typography, and colour theory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of digital and social media content formats and requirements.
- Familiarity with social media KPIs and analytics tools is a plus.
- Preferred Technical Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools (optional)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Media Sciences, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, animation, and social media content creation.
