Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and creativeB2B Marketing Specialistto support and execute our marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media, digital campaigns, and event marketing. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Manage daily operations of all social media platforms includingFacebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Tumblr, and YouTube, tailoring content for each channel and target audience.
  • Develop and publish tailored content for each platform to increase engagement and reach.
  • Coordinate and assist in the creation of multimedia content (graphics, videos, etc.).
  • Launch and monitor campaigns and competitions that enhance brand visibility.
  • Moderate and engage with online communities, responding to comments and inquiries.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Stay updated with market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies.
  • Support paid ad initiatives including the planning and optimization ofGoogle Adscampaigns.
  • Assist in the execution of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content distribution strategies.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance and suggest actionable insights for improvement.
  • Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Assist in organizing webinars including content creation, speaker coordination, and technical execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date competitor and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are executed within defined budgets and deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree inMarketing,Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum4 years of experiencein B2B marketing, preferably in digital and campaign execution roles.
  • Proven experience in managingGoogle Ads,SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such asGoogle Analytics,Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with event planning and webinar execution is a strong advantage.
