PositionWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive (Lead Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves direct outreach through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to engage potential clients, schedule meetings, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales initiatives and meet/exceed sales targets
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers
- Proven sales leadership and business development skills
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the engineering and construction industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with builders and developers or in the construction sector is a plus
