We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. You will work on-site to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality installations that meet company standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Install residential, commercial, and industrial solar PV systems according to design specifications.
  • Perform electrical wiring, mounting of solar panels, and system commissioning.
  • Conduct site assessments and ensure proper system placement.
  • Troubleshoot and repair solar systems when needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical components.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Basic understanding of electrical tools and safety equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
