We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Lahore. As the Office Manager, you will oversee all administrative and operational tasks within the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, along with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Oversee office operations and procedures, including managing schedules, filing systems, and supply inventory
- Coordinate office activities such as meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office budget and financial records
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other external parties on behalf of the company
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise in the office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Experience in budget management is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1200
Location: Lahore (Accommodation provided)
