Job PurposeThe Admissions Officer manages emails, takes calls, and processes applications for the University of Bolton, ensuring smooth communication and efficiency in student admissions.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions queries.
- Manage emails efficiently, providing timely responses.
- Process applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Coordinate with the UK admissions team for application processing.
- Maintain records and update databases as required.
- Assist students with queries, documentation, and admission requirements.
- Prior experience in customer service or admissions is preferred.
- Proficiency in using email systems and call-handling tools.
Office-based with a focus on digital communication and application processing. Mon-Fri
Salary Range90k - 100k / monthly
