Junior Jinnah Trust is a non-profit organization in Pakistan founded in 2014 to provide quality education and support to orphans, child laborers, street children, and the underprivileged. With 23 campuses in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Junior Jinnah has graduated over 1000 students and currently educates 1850 more. The trust also provides various welfare services to the communities it serves.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Remote Fundraising Associate (Commission-Based) at Junior Jinnah Trust in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The role involves raising funds through various channels to support the educational and welfare initiatives of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet fundraising targets
  • Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques
  • Previous experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Urdu languages
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Familiarity with outreach tools is a plus

Compensation

  • Performance-based earning model
  • Fixed incentive upon meeting monthly fundraising targets
  • Commission structure with increasing rates based on total funds raised
  • High earning potential with no income cap

  • Onboarding and training to understand fundraising goals and messaging
  • Templates, scripts, and digital assets for donor outreach
  • Ongoing guidance and performance feedback from the JJT team
  • Technical and administrative support as needed
