Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and articulate Senior full stack developer with a minimum of 4–5 years of experience to join our application and AI development team.

The ideal candidate must have strong Python programming expertise (Django/Fast API), hands-on experience building AI/ML applications from the ground up, and the ability to communicate ideas and solutions effectively across teams. The role will have responsibilities across a range of different client applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy web and mobile Apps, including AI integration based on Figma designs.
  • Build scalable backend systems with clean, modular, and well-tested code.
  • Implement and fine-tune machine learning models using popular frameworks (e.g., Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience building AI agents including vector DB's (Pinecone), RAG, long term memory and embedding
  • Work with data pipelines – data collection, cleansing, preprocessing, and transformation.
  • Deploy applications using Docker, Fast API/Flask, and REST APIs.
  • Handle full application lifecycle: development, deployment (cloud), monitoring, and post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain clear documentation and effective communication throughout project stages.
Job Specification:

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong command of Python (OOP, functional programming, scripting).
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and model development.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries: Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API development (Django, Flask/FastAPI, Node).
  • Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expert in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, firebase).
  • Good grasp of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, code reviews).
  • Capable of designing and deploying services in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Digital Ocean).
  • Comfortable working on Linux-based environments and shell scripting.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem solver and independent thinker.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Exposure to MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow).
  • Experience with AI/ML model deployment & monitoring in production.
  • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
