Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This person will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across our social media platforms to grow our brand presence, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content calendar for all major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Create original, visually compelling, and on-brand content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, carousels).
  • Collaborate with the design, product, and sales teams to align content with company goals and campaigns.
  • Stay on top of social trends, industry news, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Write engaging and concise copy for posts, hashtags, and captions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
  • Manage community engagement (responding to comments, DMs, etc.).
  • Coordinate with influencers or partners when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
  • Strong photography and video editing skills (especially for short-form video).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the IT or tech industry.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising.
  • Ability to shoot and edit video content independently.

Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Mon-Fri)
