Ascent Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its fast-growing and innovative team based in Clifton Block 4, Karachi. This on-site role offers a dynamic opportunity for professionals who are passionate about digital strategy, campaign management, and client relations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess a strategic mindset, and have a proven ability to drive measurable results across various platforms.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and implementing high-impact digital marketing and social media campaigns. Your role will also involve managing client communications confidently and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute compelling social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok

Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns for maximum ROI

Plan and execute content strategies for email marketing, social media, and other digital platforms

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, offering strategic insights and recommendations

Communicate effectively with clients via email and phone to manage expectations and address feedback

Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends and technologies

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management

Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written

Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills

Confident, solution-oriented, and client-focused approach
