We are looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant Manager to join our warehouse fabric store team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, customer service, and team coordination. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the organization and proper storage of fabric inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and inventory records are up-to-date. Help with regular stock checks, ordering, and organizing the warehouse to optimize space and workflow.
  • Receive fabric from vendors and issue to production unit as per shared plan and keep record updated.
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the inspection of incoming fabric shipments, ensuring items meet quality standards. Address any discrepancies, damages, or defective materials promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining and reviewing inventory reports. Provide regular updates to the Warehouse Manager regarding any operational issues or improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of fabric products, materials, and inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
