Your Role:

As the General Manager – Quality (Woven), you will spearhead the quality management function across woven garment manufacturing operations. You will take ownership of quality assurance processes, systems, and audits, with a strong focus on buyer SOP adherence and continuous improvement in woven and denim categories.

• Lead and oversee the entire quality control and assurance function for woven garments.
• Ensure 100% adherence to global buyer standards, quality manuals, and SOPs.
• Implement robust quality systems and defect prevention strategies.
• Analyze root causes of quality deviations and implement preventive measures.
• Train, coach, and develop the quality team to uphold high-performance standards.
• Liaise with production, merchandising, and technical teams for smooth execution.
• Engage in regular buyer audits and ensure high AQL pass rates across styles.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Textile Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of quality experience in woven apparel, with a strong background in denim or woven garments (minimum 75%).
• Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial or GM-level quality leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of woven garment construction, finishing, and global quality benchmarks.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and buyer handling experience.
