Job Purpose

The Regional Supply Chain Planner provides and maintains a high-quality SKU-level supply plan for 0-24 months, supporting end-to-end planning methodology and assisting the Regional Supply Chain Planning Manager with performance management, reporting, ERP updates, and problem resolution.

Education, Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or engineering
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Highly numerate with good knowledge of supply chain systems and processes
  • Knowledge of SAP APO (Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning) is advantageous
Key Responsibilities

The Regional Supply Chain Planner manages multiple SKU portfolios for a regional site. Responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining business intelligence processes to support end-to-end planning, ensuring product availability on the first attempt
  • Preventing write-offs and optimizing inventory levels
  • Providing scenario modeling and running RCCP to support planning teams and the Regional Supply Chain Planning Manager
  • Leading discussions in SRM meetings with regional sites
  • Reporting KPIs for the region and collaborating with supply chain contacts to gather and validate data
  • Investigating root causes of issues and recommending preventative actions
  • Providing standard and dynamic reports in SAP across categories and structures
  • Managing data system changes related to supply chain planning
  • Driving performance improvements through KPIs and root cause analysis
  • Ensuring data accuracy between sites and the planning hub
  • Managing daily inventory replenishment to meet market requirements
  • Updating system parameters regularly
  • Supporting portfolio change management activities such as Pack Changes, NPI, Product Transfers, Discontinuations, and Divestments
  • Monitoring site performance data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues
  • Reviewing SOLS (Stock Out Low Stock) messages and implementing resolutions
  • Participating in daily/weekly performance meetings to drive improvements
