*Job Overview:*

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction, renovation, and interior finishing projects. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in site supervision, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of construction and architectural details. This role demands effective coordination of trades, accurate site planning, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for residential projects, including renovations and interior finishes.

- Coordinate daily work schedules, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure timely project completion.

- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings with a high level of accuracy to guide construction execution.

- Plan and sequence construction activities to optimize workflow, minimize delays, and maintain quality control.

- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including daily work logs, progress reports, site diaries, and inspection records.

- Manage and monitor site inventory of materials, tools, and supplies; track usage and reorder when needed.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site cleanliness standards.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, suppliers, and clients to ensure expectations and specifications are met.

- Troubleshoot site issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Conduct regular quality checks, ensuring finishes meet high standards and conform to design specifications.

*Qualifications:*

- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction, renovation, and interior finish supervision.

- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

- Demonstrated experience in activity planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.

- Knowledge of local building codes, construction practices, and interior finishing standards.

- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.

- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

*Education:*

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field.

*Preferred Traits:*

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.

- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.

- Solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
