Division

We develop software for the automotive repair industry. Our R.O. Writer shop management system is used in over 4,000 locations across the US and Canada. We are seeking a full-stack senior web developer for a full-time position in our web application team.

Responsibilities

  • Translate visual and user-centered design specifications and business requirements into functional, standards-compliant websites and web applications.
  • Collaborate with UI designers and front-end developers to implement designs into web applications.
  • Adhere to web development standards and best practices.
  • Prioritize tasks and deliver results efficiently as an individual and team member.
  • Manage multiple demands and competing priorities effectively.
  • Maintain high organizational standards and attention to detail.
  • Work independently and proactively on projects.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven 7+ years of software development experience.
  • Ability to estimate time and plan development tasks accurately.
  • Strong knowledge of languages and frameworks such as ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core, ES6, Bootstrap, REST APIs, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and WCAG standards.
  • Experience with source code management tools like GIT.
  • Strong understanding of OOP and SOLID principles.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps and Jira is a plus.
  • Analytical skills to understand complex codebases.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Understanding of caching techniques.
  • Experience with Vue.js.
