Hayat Kimya Pakistan Private Limited is a Turkey based Organization having its renowned brand Molfix, Bebem, Good Care Natural, Good Care Regular, Molped, Papia, Familia & Evony Masks.

Currently, we are seeking a passionate and performance-driven professional to join our Sales team and take charge of our MTO - Trade Marketing position in the Head Office.

Role Summary:

As an MTO – Trade Marketing, you will play a key supporting role in the execution of trade marketing plans by working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager and Sales Team. You will be involved in turning brand strategies into field-level actions, assisting in trade analysis, retail program execution, and ensuring brand visibility across different channels.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about brand activation, market analysis, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of customer-focused trade marketing strategies.
  • Assist in analyzing customer and category data to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Help translate brand plans into customer marketing activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to implement in-store execution plans and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to roll out trade activations and visibility drives.
  • Support the planning and tracking of promotional budgets and performance KPIs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve trade strategies.

What We are Looking For:

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Brand Management (FMCG preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and trade analytics tools is a plus.
  • Passion for working in the field and understanding customer behavior and retail dynamics.
