  • Conduct routine maintenance, firmware updates, and performance testing of inverters.
  • Perform bench-level and on-site inverter repairs and part replacements.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot system performance issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs, timelines, and system performance.
  • Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for each job.
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for seamless repair and maintenance processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest inverter technologies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies during field visits and lab repairs.
