Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs on various brands and models of solar inverters (string, central, hybrid, micro-inverters).
- Conduct routine maintenance, firmware updates, and performance testing of inverters.
- Perform bench-level and on-site inverter repairs and part replacements.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot system performance issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs, timelines, and system performance.
- Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for each job.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for seamless repair and maintenance processes.
- Stay updated on the latest inverter technologies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies during field visits and lab repairs.
