Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

Previous work experience in lead generation is a plus. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Good to have hands-on experience with HubSpot, SalesLoft, Zendesk, and Salesforce.

Demonstrated ability to generate leads and meet or exceed lead generation targets.

Other Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  2. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  5. Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a strong drive for results.
  6. Morning / Night shifts are available slots for this position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize HubSpot, SalesLoft, Zendesk, and Salesforce to generate high-quality leads and expand the customer base.
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects and target industries.
  3. Implement lead generation strategies to drive inbound and outbound prospecting activities.
  4. Qualify leads through effective communication and follow-up techniques.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
  6. Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Develop and maintain a database of potential leads and customer information within the CRM system.
  8. Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including emails, landing pages, and sales materials, to support lead generation efforts.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to lead generation.
  10. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and progress towards goals.
