We are seeking a qualified and experienced ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) Consultant to lead and support the implementation, auditing, and continual improvement of ISO 9001:2015 standard. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality management systems, hands-on experience in delivering ISO 9001 implementation projects, and relevant professional certifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in ISO 9001 QMS implementation and auditing.
  • Experience in developing and implementing QMS policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Certifications:

  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Implementer
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
  • Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct gap assessments and maturity evaluations against ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Develop and implement QMS frameworks, documentation, and process improvements in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Train client staff on ISO 9001 QMS principles, process ownership, and audit readiness.
  • Prepare and review manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions, and other QMS documents.
  • Conduct/facilitate internal audits and support clients during external certification audits.
  • Provide expert advice on corrective/preventive actions and quality performance monitoring.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular status updates.
