We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative with a solid background in accounting services and company formation/setup (both local and UAE markets). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, promoting our services, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the onboarding and service delivery process.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative with a solid background in accounting services and company formation/setup (both local and UAE markets). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, promoting our services, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the onboarding and service delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell accounting services, including bookkeeping, VAT, audit support, and financial reporting
  • Market company setup services for local and UAE businesses, including registration, licensing, and compliance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and explain service benefits and features
  • Prepare and send customized proposals, quotes, and service agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for recurring business
  • Stay updated on relevant legal and compliance changes in company formation and accounting in both Pakistan and UAE
  • Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in accounting and company setup services
  • Mandatory UAE experience, particularly in B2B services
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and company formation procedures
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
