Description

Minimum Qualifications
BS in Mining Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
Master's in Mining Engineering is an advantage.
17–18 years of proven experience in the mining sector, including leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience in multiple mining projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor teams in blasting, drilling, warehousing, and mechanical operations.
Develop and execute safe and efficient blast designs tailored to project requirements.
Oversee daily mining operations ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other companies to resolve operational challenges.
Manage equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation.
Review and approve technical designs, drilling patterns, and blasting plans.
Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Foster teamwork, safety culture, and continuous improvement in operations.
