Role Overview

As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver polished and performant apps with a great user experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead end-to-end development of Flutter mobile apps for Android and iOS platforms.


• Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to define, design, and ship new features.


• Write clean, maintainable, and testable Dart code.


• Implement complex UI/UX designs with high accuracy.


• Optimize apps for maximum performance, quality, and responsiveness.


• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and help establish best practices.


• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and platform-specific SDKs.


• Manage app deployments to the App Store and Google Play.


• Monitor performance and debug issues across devices and OS versions.


• Stay current with mobile development trends and Flutter ecosystem updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• 4+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2+ years in Flutter.


• Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.


• Deep understanding of state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).


• Experience integrating native modules and platform-specific code (Android/iOS).


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.


• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.


• Experience with third-party libraries, Firebase, GraphQL or REST APIs.


• Proficient with Git and agile development workflows.


• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing skills.


• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Preferred Qualifications


• Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.


• Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).


• Knowledge of backend integration and cloud services.


• Contributions to open-source projects or Flutter packages is a plus.
