About the Position: Senior Litigation Attorney

We're looking for anexperienced litigation attorneylicensed inNew Jersey and Pennsylvaniawho can manage a full caseload, lead a team, and deliver outstanding legal representation. This is a full-time role offering a strong career path and leadership opportunities within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation cases from intake through trial or resolution
• Supervise paralegals and legal support staff
• Collaborate with clients to develop effective case strategies
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice inNew Jersey and Pennsylvania
• Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court hearings and in front of government agencies in Cinnaminson, NJ.
• Prepare, revise, and finalize legal documents meticulously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide legal and business transaction advice to clients, ensuring clarity and actionable solutions.
• Engage in negotiations to efficiently resolve disputes and reach settlements.
• Ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations in Cinnaminson, NJ.
• Manage administrative tasks related to case management and client interactions effectively.

• Licensed attorney in New Jersey (Pennsylvania license is strongly preferred as well).
• 10+ years of legal experience with a strong foundation in litigation.
• Expertise in Real Estate Law and Homeowner Association Law is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A team player with the ability to build meaningful client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Amicus Attorney is a bonus).
• Motivated, empathetic, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

$110,000 - $120,000 yearly
