The role involves daily interaction with employees, addressing HR-related queries, supporting the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Wazirabad
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
