Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled MERN Stack Developer with around 1.5 years of experience in full-stack development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Next.js, Express.js (with TypeScript), and strong backend knowledge, particularly with PostgreSQL. You'll be part of a collaborative team working on impactful projects, primarily in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain modern frontend interfaces using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui
  • Build secure, scalable backend APIs using Express.js and TypeScript
  • Design and manage relational and non-relational databases, with a focus on PostgreSQL
  • Integrate external APIs and services effectively
  • Work collaboratively using GitHub, Jira, and version control workflows
  • Handle deployments and environment management (development, staging, production)
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment
  • Collaborate within a microservices-based architecture
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack
  • Strong frontend skills in Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript
  • Backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js, and Sequelize ORM
  • Solid understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and some exposure to NoSQL
  • Experience working with Tailwind CSS and component libraries like shadcn/ui
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure for deployment and scaling
  • Experience setting up and using CI/CD pipelines
  • Exposure to microservice architecture
  • Prior work in healthcare or similar domain projects is a plus
