Position: Social Media Sales Representative
Salary Structure:

  1. Fresh Candidates:
    10,000/- Rs basic salary + 5,000/- Rs punctuality allowance.
    2,500/- Rs per done sale commission on 6th sale onwards.
  2. Experienced Candidates (1 year experience):
    15,000/- Rs basic salary + 5,000/- Rs punctuality allowance.
    3,000/- Rs per done sale commission on 7th sale onwards.
  3. Experienced Candidates (2 years experience):
    20,000/- Rs basic salary + 5,000/- Rs punctuality allowance.
    3,500/- Rs per done sale commission on 8th sale onwards.

Job Description:
Are you a social media enthusiast with a passion for driving sales? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Sales Representative. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our social media sales efforts, leveraging your creativity and strategic thinking to attract, engage, and convert customers across various social media platforms. A 7-day unpaid training will be provided by the company to ensure the performance of the candidates.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative social media sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms to attract potential customers and drive sales.
  3. Monitor social media channels for sales opportunities, customer inquiries, and feedback, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media sales initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
  5. Build and nurture relationships with customers through active engagement and personalized communication.
  6. Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and sales.
  8. Generate 2 quality leads in your training time period to get your payroll started.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in social media marketing and sales, with a track record of driving measurable results.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messaging.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
  4. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  7. Minimum Intermediate is compulsory or any other certification in related field is preferred.
