Rafhan Maize Products Co. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and dedicated Security & Admin Officer.

As a Security & Admin Officer, you will design and execute action plans against audit observations for each year and build a timeline to achieve targets. Implement the action plan smoothly. Supervise / control the security staff at the plant. Supervise / control office administration of related staff. Lead and supervise fire-fighting staff and monitor drills.

Reports to: Manager Admin & Security Services

• Administrative Initiative – Lead and supervise admin staff, fire-fighting staff, janitorial/sanitation/horticulture/guarding staff of the plant and monitor drills. Ensure timely raising of maintenance notifications for security and follow up until completion. Monitor patrolling squads at the plant and inform the Crises Management Committee about any mishap. Supervise/Control. Arrange proper uniforms for security/janitorial/horticulture staff. Monitor wastewater disposal and take corrective actions.
• Organizational Effectiveness & Development – Provide cooperation and ensure Security & Admin support in implementing structural improvements and functional reorganization to achieve business strategy. Work in close collaboration with Manager Admin Services & Security for talent development and retention.
• Security Operations – Ensure timely delivery of security reports and take action to resolve issues. Keep security staff up to date with new technology and techniques to handle untoward situations. Ensure preventive measures against theft at the plant and control unlawful activities around the plant with the help of Shift Leader/Security Guards. Check and maintain weapons on a quarterly basis and arrange weapon testing drills. Ensure necessary professional and safety trainings for company security staff and 3‑party contractors. Check and verify monthly wages for 3‑Party Security Company. Extend cooperation and provide security and admin services to Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Maize Purchase during maize buying seasons. Arrange training to enhance awareness about security matters. Coordinate IMS audits and documentation. Ensure availability and protocol for company officials/guests/foreigners/ELT for safe movement. Sign gate logbooks and related reports daily.
• Administrative Control & Affairs – Supervise traffic arrangement at the plant. Conduct daily rounds and check logbooks at all gates. Manage duty roaster to curtail overtime. Renew licenses like Arms/Sulphur/HCL annually. Ensure 3‑party agreements and CCTV camera maintenance. Check and maintain weapons on a quarterly basis and arrange a weapon testing drill. Issue and verify entry cards for contract labor. Arrange proper uniforms.
• Cultural Transformation – Represent Security & Admin department on local, regional, and corporate platforms and act as liaison to embed company values at the plant site.

• Degree: F.A preferable Graduate
• Work experience: Ex-Army or Police Officer as Commanding Officer
• English fluency, both written and spoken

• Preferably training on counter terrorism from CTD - Punjab Police or Pak Army
• Knowledge of Implementation & Monitoring of Integrated Management System
