Responsibilities
  • Follow approved IT policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Prepare, install, configure, tune and test QA, production environment and maintain sales force application.
  • Test, update & deploy enhancements & new version of sales force application.
  • Install, configure & maintain mobicontrol application to manage sales force application remotely on user's devices.
  • Provide support for sales force applications by resolving issues escalated by level 1 support staff in a timely fashion.
  • Liaise with users for enhancements in sales force application and communicate the same to relevant consultant for modification in the programme.
  • Conduct training sessions for users and IT support staff on sales force application.
  • Prepare & maintain sales force application's operations guide for users & support staff.
  • Discuss options and solutions with the user to establish the viability of implementing such solutions.
  • Plan phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for a variety of projects.
  • Assist in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications.
  • Research and document requirements of software users.
  • Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
  • Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
  • Administration of sales force one UDs & one backend system.
  • Assist in the designing and conducting of IT staff & end-user training programs to facilitate effective management and use of system applications by respective user groups.
  • Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
  • Assist in the preparation of MIS statements and periodic reports of system development activity timely and accurately to meet company's and department requirements, policies and standards.
Job Specification
  • Exposure to programming languages like Java, C#.
  • Expert in working with SQL queries.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle.
  • Knowledge of developing test cases for testing a given application.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
