Role Description

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Generative AI for a full-time on-site position in Karachi. In this role, you'll be a core part of our AI engineering team, helping design and develop both frontend and backend components of our AI-first applications. You'll also build and deploy RAG pipelines, AI automations, and customized fine-tuned models, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React/Next.js + Node.js)
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models) for domain-specific use cases
• Develop RAG-based systems using vector databases like Pinecone and Weaviate.
• Build APIs and backend logic to support real-time AI workflows
• Implement task automations using tools like LangChain, n8n, or Zapier
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver clean, functional interfaces
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code with test coverage

Qualifications

• 6 Months / 1 year of Full Stack Development experience
• Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Express, Python, or similar)
• Strong frontend development experience (React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings)
• Experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Vercel is a plus
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying AI agents in real-world applications
• Background in conversational AI or building chat/voice bots
• Familiarity with tools like Supabase, MongoDB, and Redis
• Previous contributions to open-source GenAI projects
