About the Role

You'll work closely with our senior engineers and automation architects to design workflow logic, connect apps, build AI agents, and automate business processes across e-commerce, SaaS, lead gen, and internal tools.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain automation workflows using Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Gumloop, and other no-code/low-code tools
  • Connect databases like Supabase, Firebase, Airtable and CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or GoHighLevel
  • Assist in designing and deploying AI agents (chatbots, voice agents, copilots)
  • Debug, test, and optimize existing automation scenarios
  • Document workflows and create Loom walkthroughs or SOPs for handoff
  • Collaborate with designers, PMs, and clients to align tech solutions with goals

Requirements

  • Some experience with any automation platform: Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or Gumloop
  • Understanding of APIs: how to use webhooks, authentication, and handle JSON
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or ElevenLabs is a bonus
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks or projects with accountability
  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Sheets, and Trello

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with tools like Twilio, Typeform, Calendly, or Postmark
  • Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain)
  • Understanding of frontend tools like HTML/CSS for UI tweaks
  • Past project experience (even freelance or academic) with automation flows
