We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Surveillance Supervisor to oversee and manage daily CCTV monitoring operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in security surveillance (particularly CCTV operations), and excellent English communication abilities (both spoken and written). This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities.

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Surveillance Supervisor to oversee and manage daily CCTV monitoring operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in security surveillance (particularly CCTV operations), and excellent English communication abilities (both spoken and written). This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV systems rigorously to detect suspicious activity, policy violations, or safety hazards.
  • Supervise a team of surveillance staff, ensuring continuous, efficient, and professional performance.
  • Maintain proper documentation and prepare daily surveillance reports in clear English for management.
  • Identify and escalate potential threats, risks, or security breaches to relevant departments and authorities.
  • Support in training and mentoring surveillance operators on equipment usage and protocols.
  • Coordinate incident response and provide accurate playback footage when required.
  • Ensure all surveillance equipment is operational and report any technical issues for prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enhance existing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Stay up to date with evolving security technologies and surveillance best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security/surveillance operations.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on CCTV monitoring experience (mandatory).
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a surveillance/security setting.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic report generation.
  • Strong observational, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and act decisively during emergency situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in surveillance or security operations (e.g., CCTV Operator Course, Security Management).
  • Familiarity with modern surveillance software and systems.
  • Experience in handling escalations and working closely with law enforcement.
