Fulfillment Reconciliation Specialist, Delivery Controls

The working shift/time zone will be USA EST hours supporting the NAMER teams.

The Team:

The Delivery Operations team, part of the Operational Excellence group within the Customer Experience Organization, is dedicated to ensuring seamless fulfillment and delivery of services to our customers. This team values collaboration, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving, which fosters a dynamic environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Collaborate across the Order-to-Cash process to ensure accurate service fulfilment and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular reconciliations for manually fulfilled platforms, ensuring entitlement data aligns with Salesforce.
• Work closely with Channel Partners to streamline onboarding and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Provide training to teams to ensure compliance with SOX audit requirements and established procedures.
• Continuously improve reconciliation processes through best practices and automation, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Gain valuable exposure to diverse teams and workflow processes, with opportunities for professional growth and development within a global organization.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce workflows and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and/or Alteryx (including Vlookup, Concatenate, Macros & VBA, complex formulas)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and foster teamwork in a globally distributed organization.
• Effective time and organizational management skills.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CPQ is a plus.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and project management tools.
• 2+ years of project management experience in delivering data-related projects.
• Willingness to work overtime during month-end close.

Preferred Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
