About the role:

This position is part of the Accounting and Reporting team within the Finance Division of Telenor Pakistan, aligned with Telenor Values and leadership expectations.

Your Impactful Goals will include:
  1. Assuming full responsibility for the functional designs of ERP Financials and related systems/integrations/platforms.
  2. Process improvement and change management of ERP Financials and related systems/integrations.
  3. Monitoring system performance and escalating/resolving degraded services.
  4. Serving as the point of contact for end users regarding ERP issues/bugs and coordinating with vendors for resolution.
  5. Implementing new ERP releases and ensuring their smooth adoption.
Your Typical day at work
  1. Implementing changes in the ERP environment.
  2. Monitoring ERP system performance in real-time and addressing issues.
  3. Supporting functional users with customized reporting and data extraction.
  4. Performing root cause analysis of system and process issues, raising service and enhancement requests, and following up for resolution.
  5. Contributing to system and process improvement projects and change initiatives.
  6. Fostering a positive team culture aligned with Telenor Values.
What we are looking for?

Education: ACCA, MBA, CA Finalist, MS IT

Certifications: Oracle ERP certification in Financials; PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.

Work experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP Financials implementation and change management.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusions Cloud Services is advantageous.
