Abdul Ahad Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Stitching Manager to lead and oversee our stitching department at our facility in Faisalabad, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise and manage day-to-day stitching operations to ensure quality and timely production.


• Monitor performance and productivity of stitching lines and ensure adherence to production targets.


• Ensure compliance with quality standards and implement corrective actions where needed.


• Coordinate with production planning, cutting, and finishing departments for smooth workflow.


• Train and mentor stitching staff to improve technical skills and efficiency.


• Identify and resolve issues related to machinery, manpower, or quality.


• Maintain records of production, efficiency, and manpower.

Requirements:


• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in stitching management, preferably in the textile/home textile sector.


• Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines and stitching techniques.


• Ability to manage large stitching teams and meet tight deadlines.


• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.


• Experience with quality assurance and lean production principles is a plus.
